Pammy and Scott Kramer turned unimaginable heartbreak into hope after losing their daughter Maddie to cancer at just two-and-a-half years old. In her honor, they created Dancing While Cancering, a volunteer-driven nonprofit that delivers joy to pediatric cancer patients through Smile Packs and play spaces in hospitals. Their mission: to bring light, laughter, and love to children and families facing the toughest battles.
